At what time do the doors of the venue open?
Open the online calendar and click on the tab ‘Timing’ for all information about the start and end times of the event of your choice. The precise times for the beginning and the end of the event are usually only provided by the organizer a few days before the show date and this information is therefore only published just before the event.
Am I allowed to bring large bags?
As part of the security measures, Sportpaleis Group has tightened up its (hand)bag policy for all of its venues! Only handbags with a maximum size of 21 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm (or 8.27 × 11.81 × 3.94 inch; A4 size) are allowed. Backpacks, luggage and large bags are prohibited! Strict controls are carried out.
Can I enjoy a drink or something to eat in Capitole Gent?

How do I find my seat in the venue?
In order to make it easier for visitors to enter the venue and to simplify ticket control, we insist that each visitor enters holding their own entrance ticket. This makes ticket scanning much easier. Our employees will be on standby to guide you to your place. Seating plan
Is Capitole Gent equipped for visitors with a disability?
Capitole Gent has special spaces for wheelchair users and their companions. Wheelchair users can reserve their seats by calling 03/400.00.34 (or +32/3.400.00.34 when calling from the Netherlands) or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
Is there a cloakroom?

Can I pay cashless?
You can pay 100% electronically in each of the Sportpaleis Group venues with your bank card or smartphone or with the Sportpaleis Group Cashless Card.
Can I take pictures in Capitole Gent?
Taking pictures and filming is not allowed during events, unless otherwise determined by the organizer. Only disposable cameras without flash and mobile phones are tolerated. House rules
Is smoking allowed in Capitole Gent?
A TOTAL SMOKING BAN applies in all our buildings, including Capitole Gent. There are no separate smoking areas. If you want to smoke, you can smoke outside at the main entrance. However, you will need your entrance ticket to get in and out of the building. House rules
Help! When I came home I noticed that I might have lost some things in Capitole Gent. What should I do?

Can I buy a ticket at the box office before the start of the event?
Capitole Gent events often sell out before the event date. If so, you will not be able to buy tickets at the box office. You can find more information about ticket sales in the Timing section, which is published on the website a few days before the event.
Are tickets cheaper at the box office?
On the contrary, a service fee of 2 euros per ticket will be charged when purchasing tickets at the box office.
At what time does the box office open?
The box office opens 1 hour before the start of the event.
How do I book online?
Go to the event of your choice and click on the link to the ticket office. Does the event page not yet have a ticket button? This means that tickets for this event are not yet on sale. The start date for booking will be mentioned on the event page. Learn more
How do I book by telephone?
If you want to order tickets for a Capitole Gent event by telephone, or if you have any questions regarding tickets, you can call Tele Ticket Service on weekdays from 09.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 18.00. The phone number is 070.345.345 (max. 0,30 euro/min.). Tele Ticket Service can be reached from the Netherlands on 0900/45.000.45 (0.45 euro/min). Do I have a valid ticket?
Always buy your tickets from officially recognized ticket offices and steer clear of auction websites or strangers. All tickets are provided with a barcode so that false or illegally resold tickets can easily be identified at the entrance. Learn more
I lost my ticket, what should I do?
Tickets sent by post can be replaced at the box office in case of loss or theft. Duplicate tickets are reprinted only once. They will only be delivered to the original purchaser upon presentation of his or her identity card. To ensure that your tickets are not used by third parties, it is best to have them cancelled. To do so, contact Tele Ticket Service one week before the event via 070/345.345 (max. 0,30 euro/min.), or 0900/45.000.45 (0,45 euro/min.) when calling from the Netherlands.
I did not receive any information for printing my e-ticket at home, what should I do?
If you booked your tickets with an e-mail account that is now no longer in use, or if you entered an incorrect e-mail address when registering, your e-tickets will not be able to be delivered. You can change your e-mail address via the button ‘My account’ on the Tele Ticket Service website. If this does not work, your paid reservation will, of course, be retained and you can pick up your tickets at the box office upon presentation of your identity card. Do make sure you have the reservation number to hand.
Please note: for many events, Tele Ticket Service sends the tickets at least 4 weeks before the date of the event.
How do I order for groups?
You can also enjoy an event with your club or group. Many events even offer great discounts for groups. For more information, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I book a VIP package?
You will find an overview of all events that offer VIP packages in our VIP section.
Are the hospitality areas accessible for wheelchair users?
Wheelchair users can use the lift to reach the hospitality area. You will have reserved seats in the venue during the event. Please inform us in good time so that we can make the necessary preparations. If you want to book a VIP package as a wheelchair user, be sure to contact the VIP department via email@example.com before you place your VIP order.
Will I get to meet the artists when I book a VIP package?
It is very rare for artists to visit the VIP area after a concert or event.
